By downloading or using DocMaster ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Using the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on Android devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell or reverse engineer the app, or use it to build a competing product, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms.
Your files
The app works on files stored on your device. Tools that change files — such as delete, move, merge, compress or protect — do what you ask of them; keep copies of anything important. We do not hold copies of your files and cannot recover them.
Ads
The app is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads are subject to Google's own policies, and we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.
Remove ads and ad-free hours
Remove ads is a one-time purchase made through Google Play. It turns off the ads in DocMaster on every device signed in to the same Google Play account; use Settings → Ads → Restore purchase after reinstalling. Payments, refunds and cancellations are handled by Google Play under Google Play's refund policies, and nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law. Watching an optional rewarded video turns ads off for one hour; it is never required to use any part of the app.
Privacy
How the app handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it working well but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available on every device.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including lost or damaged files, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. If the terms change, we will update the date at the top and publish the new version at this address. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
